iVexCR is led by Brian L. Blakeley. Brian is a Texas attorney with over 20 years of experience in resolving complex insurance and indemnity disputes. Brian is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell (the highest rating available) and serves on the governing council of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Recently, Brian represented the prevailing party before the Texas Supreme Court in Liberty Mutual v. Mid-Continent Cas. Co. Commentators at the Univesity of Texas' most recent Insurance Law Institute referred to this decision as potentially "one of the most difficult insurance cases ever."

 

Years of experience in insurance coverage and indemnity litigation led Brian to recognize the need for the systematic and cost-effective pre-loss management of risk created by vendor and contractor relationships. COM-REP was created to fill this need.
